The new Cambodia government has set its goal to make Cambodia a high-income country by 2050. The Government announced five “pentagonal strategy Phase 1”, focusing on economic growth, job creation, equity, efficiency, and sustainability.

The IMF forecasts that Cambodia’s economy will grow by 5.8% in 2025 due to the recovery of the regional and global economies, especially in China and the United States.
