		Take part in international trade negotiations meetings on Trade in Services, Investment, and E-Commerce at bilateral, sub-regional, regional, and multilateral levels, as well as under frameworks for economic and trade cooperation and other relevant international organizations.
		Take part in the negotiations for Free Trade Agreements.
		Study and analyze trade policies and economic measures of trade partners and the impacts of international trade negotiations on Thailand.
		Protect Thailand’s interests in the economic and trade dispute settlement proceedings at bilateral, sub-regional, regional, and multilateral levels.
		Strengthen and disseminate knowledge and understanding on trade negotiations and make policy recommendations, guidelines for adaptation, and the expansion of trade and economic cooperation.
		Develop an information system on international trade negotiations.
		Perform other duties as authorized by law, or as assigned by the Ministers or the Cabinet.

		Promote and disseminate knowledge and understanding of international trade negotiations and porpose policies and recommendations for adjustments as well as guidance on trade and economic coorperation.
		Develop database and information systems for international trade negotiations.
		Undertake other operations and duties of the department as required by the law including other duties as assigned by the minister and the cabinet.
