Thailand asked Canada to support environmentally friendly products from Thailand, such as green products that replace plastic, which is in line with Canada's ban on single-use plastics, and creative products, especially digital games where Thailand asked Canada to help promote online business matching (OBM) activities so that the digital gaming sectors of Thailand and Canada can have the opportunity to work with each other. Furthermore, the two sides also discussed the ASEAN-Canada FTA negotiations and indicated the readiness to drive the negotiations to achieve results as soon as possible. This will help to build confidence for both ASEAN and Canadian business sectors, increase trade and investment opportunities, and help link the production chains of the two regions to become closer together.

USA

Bilateral discussion between the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce (H.E. Thailand shared the view that the two sides should give priority to the draft MoU on the establishment of the Thailand-Egypt JTC to reach a conclusion on the MoU and to arrange a Thailand-Egypt JTC meeting as soon as possible. This is because the JTC will be a useful mechanism for discussing the ways to expand trade and investment between the two sides in a more tangible manner and can help to promote economic cooperation between the two countries in several sectors, as well as to become a forum for considering the draft Joint Action Plan between Thailand and Egypt. The discussion aimed to strengthen relations and expand the economic and trade value between the two countries. This is because Thailand and Morocco concluded the Trade Agreement Between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on 25 January 2000 and established the Joint Trade Committee (JTC) to monitor, assess, and expand trade between the two countries.
     2) Both sides agreed to discuss and review the agreement to be in line with the current situation, as well as to consider the possibility of using the JTC as a forum to discuss the possibility of studying and developing an FTA in the future.
     3) Morocco agreed to promote cooperation with Thailand under the South-South Cooperation of developing countries to promote food and energy security, especially on renewable energy as Morocco places importance on the development of clean and green energy while also having the policy to liberalize investment in such areas.
     4) The Thai side offered to import fertilizers from Morocco, since Morocco is the world's 4th largest exporter of fertilizers while Thailand still has low import value from Morocco.
